Downtown Pueblo Trip

"The only issue I had was the sink had a delayed start to the water and the sink water had a sulfur smell. I had to turn on the shower to get the water pressure up to get the sink to run. I asked for an early check in and the Lady at the front desk, who was trying to get firemen/ women into rooms, did her best and got me an earlier check in. Stay was good."

"Very nice hotel, the room was nice and spacious. I really liked the couch so that you could watch tv instead of having to sit on the bed. Nancy at the front desk was the highlight of our trip. She worked very hard to get us a room when we were late. She was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The mind of employee that makes you love the hotel. "

"Unfortunately an old and dated property. Not really clean either. Some breakfast items but not very good. Probably find something else."

"Check-in was easy and staff were helpful. Lobby, room, breakfast area were very clean. Beds, pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but could be better. It needs some fruit, oatmeal. We did not use other amenities."
