The room I stayed in needed a lot of fixing up. The dishwasher didn’t work, the heat couldn’t be adjusted (it was like a sauna in there) and I was looking forward to a nice hot shower and it was luke warm at best. The staff was amazing!!! I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities. No restaurant on site but so many good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the inn. I will definitely be coming back in the summer for the live music.

The rooms on the high floors of the tower can be a bit noisy during high winds and the doors to the rooms in the historical building could use some sealing to cut out hallway noise. BUT any little inconvenience are totally outweighed by the incredible staff. The only other hotel that I have stayed at in Toronto with this level of customer service is The Four Seasons. I’ve stayed at one King West before and will definitely come again.

Hotel Victoria was a cozy stay! They were able to accommodate a little treat for my friend’s birthday when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. The building is dated, and the shower is a little small, but the room was comfortable and the location is awesome for accessibility. Thank you to Riya for all her help :)
