"We stayed in an ADA accessible room for my partner with muscular dystrophy. He is able to walk but gets around slowly and has a somewhat unsteady gait that requires him to use railings and have good contact/grip with the surfaces he’s walking on. For the most part, the room was great! Everything was nice and clean. The room has a k-cup coffee maker (I wish they had stir sticks or something to stir though), fridge, and microwave. On the ADA side of things, my partner noted that the bathroom floors were quite slippery, and noted that there was no bathmat available. He said the bench being available did help. I will say, you won’t go wrong staying here. The boardwalk is literally a short walk down the street/hill. Staff are courteous and helpful. Note: you need to check in by 10PM and call the motel if you will check in later than that (I almost made that mistake). All in all it was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely stay again when I visit in the future!"

"We absolutely loved staying at the Pleasant Inn! The room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. The location was honestly one of the best parts. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, and little shops that we ended up walking pretty much everywhere instead of driving. It made the whole trip so easy and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Morro Bay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place in a great location!"

"An outstanding view out the balconies facing the ocean! A surprisingly good restaurant! The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. I have nothing but praise for this place! Every place we wanted to go was a quick trip. Pismo is wonderful! The Thursday night farmers market in San Luis Obispo amazing!"

"The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and efficient. Unfortunately, his friendliness and the cleanliness of the room didn’t make up for the thin walls and ceilings. The place is older and on a busy street so we could easily hear noises from other rooms, outside our room, as well as the sea gulls roosting atop the roof. Throughout the night, we were awoken multiple times by outside noises. Not a great stay, though it is walkable to town and to the waterfront."
