"I liked that there were alot of dining options and activities nearby, however the navigation to the pool was somewhat confusing to many guests. More signage shoukd be made available since you have to walk through the spa area in order to get to the pool. When the spa is closed, no access to pool which is a bit disappointing."

This hotel would be even better if there was water hydration station in reception or level 25. Although there is a self making coffee machine in room. Complimentary coffee in morning in reception or level 25 would also be appreciated. "

He upgraded us to the best ever suite with our status, the views were stunning and we were so happy with the service, the room and the rooftop pool was so much bigger than expected.
