The property was in a great area. Hard to find a bad area in Kyoto. It's a truly wonderful city. Our hotel room was quite small for my taste and not strong in amenities. But it was very clean and the staff as always in Japan were very respectful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was average but decent ...
