Downtown Hammond Trip

The gent at the front desk was excellent, room was spotless.

Room was in good condition. However, a big issue is is that the TVs did not work in bedroom or living room. In fact, the wires were not even attached. I called the front desk and eventually they got the living room TV to work. The front desk said they would call "engineer" to fix the TVs in the rooms. That never happened. It did not dawn on me when booking this place, that there will not be a traditional TV. Meaning we would have to stream from our phones. That's fine...except the wireless strength is crap in the building. It's lower vs. if we just used cellular. I get saving money with the TV to stream from our phones...but you should have decent wireless option for guests.

It was a nice suite with separate bedrooms and full kitchen with dishwasher. And a washer and dryer. That’s a mile or two away from the noise. If you want to participate in that you have the option to go to bourbon st in 5 minutes driving or Uber. Great stay

Clean room and friendly staff. Very convenient and walkable to the streetcar stops. Breakfast options are very limited.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. It wa close to area attractions.
