"Staff did not help! We were prisoners in our room. There was a big family party with grilling, alcohol drinking, loud noise, and even a spot light beaming directly into our second story balcony! We couldn’t even open our sliding door because of all the noise and smoke/smells of their grilling! Apparently the front desk lied to me because when I went to check out the next morning, I explained what happened, and that I’d called asking to be moved to another room. Clerk sai was surprised because there “were fully booked.” A disturbing twist was when the morning clerk started to use raciest remarks about the family that married, saying something like, “…that race of people do those things [grill food & have big get together]. Oh, and our room was next to a CEMETERY! I took pictures the next morning of the mess they left! Ugh!!!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the Noyo river and the Pacific. We will definitely go back. Thank you!"

"Clean room, great breakfast. Check in process was very annoying however. They make you do a bunch of digital crap and scan credit card, etc. The motel we stayed at the next gave me a paper to sign when I showed up that took about 10 seconds. Would love to give 5 star review but can't from the very inconvenient check in process "

"We left our food in the take out bag it came in, picked up but not to fill the trash. Some of the food did end up in the trash. Both the trash can and bag of food, as well as the chair and table were completely covered in ants! Kind of a bummer to wake up to at 5:30am!"

"I LOVE this place, and come here regularly on my days off! I drive up the coast to enjoy their king soaking tub rooms. The tubs are to die for, spacious and clean with a little balcony overlooking a pond.... in this price range, you cant beat it. Fall asleep to the spunds of the frogs and wake up to the sounds of the birds. Yes, there is highway noise but if you tune into the other sounds of nature it just goes away. Wonderful staff, always go above and beyond when i come to town. And they are pet friendly!"
