"Photos shown on Expedia were not representative of the actual room. Photos looked ok but the facility in the room was fairly outdated. Family room was adjacent to the reception which was a little noisy. Location is great but the entry to the hotel is hidden in the back of a restaurant."

"The property was undeniably maintained with pride & precision, however the service stood out to be the Raffles point of difference, to be treated as a long term repeat guest, on our first stay . The in-house Food , Restaurants &Bars were excellent I rate them as a 5 star which does not come easily or often from me. I am now sitting here booking my next stay in SIN of course we will be staying at the Raffles"
