"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep...

"It was disgusting as soon as we walked we in the wood floors were buckled completely coming apart. The girl at the front desk was so rude and obnoxious. I booked it because there was a pool and hot tub right off the bat she said both were broken. The hotel room was disgusting and smelled horrible. There was mold and broken fixtures in the bathrooms mind you I reserved 2 rooms: I know the cost was cheap but no 7 star rating it’s disgusting."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel is only 3 years old and absolutely beautiful, clean, well-managed. We were blown away with the Spacious, comfortable sitting areas and bar with complimentary happy hour every evening. The breakfast was mind blowing with so many choices of great food PLUS custom omelette bar, for no extra charge! The pool and work out facilities were amazing. There is a very nice restaurant on property plus Walking distance to multiple restaurants. ...
