"I had a terrible experience at the Best Western Daytona Beach and would not recommend staying here. First, the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The room was very dirty, and to make matters worse, there was blood on the sheets, which was shocking and unacceptable. The window had broken glass, making the room feel unsafe, and the TV was broken as well. I also tried to use the laundry facilities, but both the washing machine and dryer were broken, which was very inconvenient during our stay. Because of all the issues, had to move rooms three different times, and unfortunately each room had its own problems. After a while it became exhausting dealing with constant issues instead of being able to relax and enjoy the trip. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property appears poorly maintained, and basic cleanliness and functionality should not be this hard to provide. I would strongly recommend looking at other options in Daytona Beach. 🚫🏨"

"ROOM 502 BATHROOM WAS SUBSTANDARD. ROOM WAS $300+ PER NIGHT DURING BIKE WEEK. TOILET WAS RUSTED. BATHTUB WAS COATED AND PEELING OFF TERRIBLE. COULD NOT SIT IN TUB AND THE TUB WAS SLIPPERY WHEN YOU TRY TO STAND FOR A SHOWER. SHOWER HEAD WAS OLD AND WEAK. STAFF LOOKED BUT HAD NO SOLUTION. DOOR LOCK SWIPE HAD PROBLEMS EVERY DAY, NEW SWIPE CARDS TEMPORARILY HELPED. AGGRAVATING."

"I was only here for one night, but it was a nice room. The king bed was comfortable and clean. The front staff were slammed when we checked in, but still friendly with everyone. The fact that it's probably the only hotel that still offers free parking, one vehicle, is an amazing perk!"

"The staff was very pleasant and any problems were taken care of immediately. The front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were both friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future."

"Michelle was amazing, she was able to check us in early which was great after traveling all morning with a toddler. She gave us a recommendation for food that delivered to the room. The pool was heated and good size which was nice. The beds where comfy the room had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. We will definitely be back!"
