"Our bathroom had pretty significant issue with what appeared to be mold. The only ammenity was a bar of soap and shower cap. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was some sort of conference/gala downstairs that was super loud until about 10p. Would not stay here again. There was also something charged to our room (not by us) and it is quite a process to get this rectified. Had to pay extra for parking and there were no parking spots after paying."

"Typical budget motel at an ok rate. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the bath was newly renovated. Continental breakfast was ok, nothing special. Convenient location. My only complaint was the $20 early check-in fee. That left a bad taste and, had I known about it in advance, I would have booked at the Holiday Inn for the same money."

"This is an amazing property!! This would have been a 5-star review but the check in process was 1-star for us. There was an issue during the check in process where it wanted a credit card for a security hold. No matter what card we used, it didn't work, and the person on the phone told us it was the only way to check in. After trying multiple cards and two phones, and getting overly frustrated, the person on the phone just manually got us checked in - after telling us there was no other way!! Once we were checked in, we had an amazing time. I would stay here again, but the check in process could most definitely be improved."

"We loved Hotel Estes and would definitely stay there again! Pros: - Super clean - Adorable aesthetic - Outdoor playground - Water in shower got hot - Nightly s’mores and popcorn Cons: - Not a lot of breakfast options - Water pressure wasn’t great - The shower head in ours hung straight down so you had to stand right against the wall Overall, like I said, we loved it. Well maintained and made for an enjoyable trip!"

"The view from the room was amazing, elk right outside our room and amazing view of the mountains. Couldn’t find the hot tub but didn’t know it was outdoors. They had good breakfast with muffins, bagels, uncrustables, milk, juice & cereal. The staff was nice. Rooms clean."
