"Need bands playing during week . Hard rock should cater to more music . We stay during the week and no music i was looking forward to here some good bands but only played on the weekend in one place"

"Check in was delayed for hours, claiming no WiFi due to weather but it was neither raining or windy. There was no effort made to make up for issues except being provided with liquor but I don’t drink. Also the room was full of dust, disgustingly so much that it irritated my allergies. Another indication of the filth in the room was items left by previous guests including a used toothbrush."

"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. The food there is absolutely delicious and the breakfast bar is EVERYTHING! I love it! I plan on coming back again! Thank you soooooo much! I wish i could give 10 stars! 💜💜"

"My stay was absolutely amazing and made it feel like a vacation without even going to the beach. There was everything I needed to cook, clear instructions to get in the building, and there is plenty of parking around the building so you never have to worry about finding a spot. I was truly impressed and enjoyed every moment of my stay. Definitely a peaceful few days and was even offered to extend my trip if anything happened or just needed a little time. All of the essentials were easy to find as well so I could restock whatever I needed too. Honestly there was only one thing I could complain about and that’s just there wasn’t any oven mitts but that’s an easy fix that can be solved with a dollar tree. Anyways it was near perfection and I can’t wait to come back and I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family. Keep up the good work you guys. :) <3"
