"I did not get the cleaning ladys name but we were having problems to find the elevator. I ask the lady that was cleaning the bottom floor where the elevator was and she was so kind to show me where it was at. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to help me out. My room was very nice and clean. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you"

The Sonoran Spa was lovely and I would recommend their spa services. We also took advantage of the Tattered Saddle company providing trail rides on site. "The girl at the front desk was lovely. But the room was a disappointment. The floor was dirty. We all had black feet after walking around on the floor. We had to clean our feet before we got into bed and put on our shoes first thing in the morning. We asked for more towels but only received one. Breakfast was green bananas, packaged muffins, coffee and tea from a carafe. It as the worst tasting tea I’ve ever had. I won’t go back."
