• Smoking is allowed everywhere, including the kids’ pool, inside the pool area, and kids’ club. This is completely unacceptable in a family resort.
• Breakfast is total chaos—guests were fighting over food, and there were bees everywhere around the buffet.
• Several restaurants are extremely dark. At George, guests were using their phone flashlights just to see their food.
• And keep in mind, the cheapest room costs around $450 per night."
