"Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. "A very pleasing stay the only downside was the 4 flight's of stairs to get to the room. The toilet seat was loose and a few things in the rooms needing improving like the kitchen lino that wasn't laid properly but above all a nice hotel with great views of Douglas Harbour."
