8/10 Very Good! (1,580 reviews)
We were told we’d receive a text when our room was ready for check-in but never got one even though they confirmed my phone number. We went out and had some food and came back when we were told to check in time was 4 PM. They were checking in other people to the hotel so finally I got back into the line and the staff were nice to me, but they weren’t nice to the other staff. The elevator was broken so it took forever to get up and down. There was no garbage in the bathroom to put towels after drying your hands.

Beautiful property, lovely staff. Parking is terrible and lots of construction in the area. Would 10 out of 10 recommend even with parking and construction issues.

I really like the extra sink in the room outside the bathroom which makes it very convenient when the bathroom is occupied. I also like the electric kettle in addition to a standard coffee maker, which makes it very easy for me to make tea. The microwave was also great for reheating my tea.
The bed and the pillows were also comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Edgewater Hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of iconic Seattle spots like Pike Place Market, the Argosy Cruise dock, the Seattle Great Wheel, and the Space Needle.
The setting is truly special, especially if you opt for a water view room. We were treated to a clear view of Mount Rainier during our stay, and one morning we even woke up to find a large cruise ship docked just next door at the Cruise Terminal—it made for an unforgettable scene.
We had booked two rooms: one was missing a screen on the patio door and the other lacked patio chairs, plus we noticed some minor drainage issues in one of the toilets. That said, the hotel staff was very responsive and quickly addressed these concerns.
Although we didn’t get the chance to try the on-site dining, the restaurant looked like a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal, with tables right over the water and both indoor and outdoor seating available if reserved in advance.
One thing to keep in mind is that parking is valet-only and on the pricier side. Nearby lots aren’t ideal for multi-day stays, as they typically don’t allow multiple in-and-outs, so we opted for the hotel valet service.
Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience was outstanding and memorable. The Edgewater truly captures the charm of Seattle’s waterf

"Overall it was okay, most of staff were respectful and prompt, yet the conditions of property needs to be updated. The noise from all around room was frustrating, but it did stop once I called front desk. The worst part the ac had an awful smell, probably needs updating. Just had it off and we were ..."
