An excellent property and stay. The staff are most friendly and the location, at the end of the ridge walk and away from busy Ubud is excellent. Nevertheless there are some issues:
- The menu has very limited Indonesian offerings and none, sometimes one, for breakfast. Indonesian cuisine is very rich and has a lot to offer and I was a little disappointed that even basic breakfast dishes such as nasi goreng, bubur ayam and others were not offered for breakfast. While there are some dishes for lunch and dinner, choice is limited and the twice a week BBQ did not offer anything indonesian.
- much of the gym equipment is not working or of poor quality.
- the mattress was a little sagged.
Overall it was still a good stay.

My wife and I had the most incredible experience of a lifetime here. We are both convinced that we'll probably not have the opportunity to have the experience again as it cannot be recreated. From beginning to end, the staff and stay was amazing, always helpful and kind. The rooms/property are absolutely gorgeous. The service was beyond A+ The review is good, but doesn't do any justice. The absolute best place in Ubud. Cant believe how cheap this place is for the level of service, luxury and location. Even if prices were double it would be worth it.
