"Checking in,the staff,the rooms was perfect,but we ended up our couple of hours stay with strong bed bugs bites.And I have a pictures but is not allowed tho add pictures here !"

"Pedí cama de matrimonio y vistas a la montaña y me dieron una habitación que estaba anticuada y metida en una colina en la que no había ventilación, por suerte nos cambiaron a otra en la cual nos encontramos una cucaracha a la vuelta de los baños. "

"The staff is super nice and helped us in everything they could. We had to stay until later due to a work appointment and it was not possible to do a late checkout (they're full for the next day). They made their best to accomodate us in a table on the hall, turned off the music and were all the time worried with our comfort. Thanks! "

"Spent 2 days, 4 star hotel with a friendly staff, nicely decorated and very comfortable rooms.Only 1 tram stop from Valencia. Definitely recommend the place to anyone. "
