"The overall experience is perfect. We stayed at Royal Garden because of how close it is to Unipol Forum. It's beautiful, very photogenic, perfectly clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. They even took care of our luggage after check-out, because our flight was later in the evening. The metro station for M2 is 5-6 mins away by foot, and you're in the city center in 20 mins. The breakfast is very rich, the quality of the food is 10/10. They have a really cute bar, the prices are cheap compared to some standards in Italy right now (for example, 7 euro for Aperol Spritz that was perfect). Overall, great experience. If you're going to Milano because of a concert or something in Forum, this hotel is ideal. "

During my stay, I experienced two separate instances where my room was left unlocked after it had been cleaned. "Hotel is within easy reach of Milan centre by train which is a short 5 minute walk to train station. Reception staff were polite, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast is good and adequate and coffee exceptional. Staff overall were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Parking spaces close to hotel entrance is lacking but available for free. Bathtub showers are not appropriate and are dangerous, especially for the ederly to use. AC works well. Room facilities and bed are good. Daily House keeping was very good. Bathrooms could use more lighting. Local shopping, supermarket and cafe/restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from Hotel."
