"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I was very upset when I received the message on 27th May (the day before I was due to stay at the hotel). It was really inconvenient to be...

"An sich schöne Unterkunft, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Was leider meine Nacht stark gedrückt hat sind die sehr harten unbequemen Matratzen und es war an dem Tag unaushaltsam heiß in dem Zimmer so dass ich kaum zur Ruhe gekommen bin."

"Das Hotel hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstau. Ausgerissene Sonnensegel, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Poolbereich. Die Küche war nur mäßig. Die Straße ist sehr laut, wenn man im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte. Wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße hin. Zum Tal ausgerichtet kann dies leiser sein. "

"Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und der Garten voller Wildwuchs vor dem Balkon könnte auch mal wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten besteht kein Grund zur Klage. Der Empfang im Haslinger Hof - dort bekommt man den Schlüssel - war sehr freundlich."

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber, Betten gut. Schlecht war heute morgen. Putzhilfe beginnt 7.30 Uhr im Flur mit saugen, 8.00 klopft sie an meine Türe und öffnet sie fast gleichzeitig. 10.00 Uhr musste ich erst das Zimmer verlassen. Sehr schlechtes Timing "

"Once you have hiked UP to it, amazing views (after a very long day cycling, haha). Really nice to look out over the Danube. Outside dining was fabulous. Room HUGE. "
