"When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family ..."
