"We loved the location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and property was clean. The soaking tub water had not been used in a while, as it had come out rusty at first. We ended up running the water and cleaning the tub out ourselves before use. The pools were great, just be aware there were cups from the bar in the overflow from the infinity pool. We didn’t end up eating at the hotel, but the dining areas were really beautiful. The location is great to be able to explore by foot, and it’s just a quick drive to Old San Juan and the airport. We enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is beautiful and room was nice and big. Centrally located in old San Juan near the cruise ports, 15 min from airport and many walkable shops and restaurants. The only poor thing was our shower in room 717 flooded everytime someone took a shower so bad that it flooded out into the room by main door. Maintenance came with wet vac to clean up and said it’s just how it’s made. It’s not pitched so it floods everytime and offered lots of towels to try and block it from flooding into the room. Besides that, the hotel is perfect for a stay before a cruise."
