"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. Eine Entspannungsplaylist wäre hier besser. Ebenso hätte ich...

"Das einzige was ein paar Sterne mehr verdient ist Personal was Frühstück betreut. Gesamte Rest ist im Bezug auf Preis-Leistung eine pure Katastrophe. Ein ganz besonderes Apel an miserabel organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten! Alles in einem absoluter Reinfall nicht zu empfehlen!"

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. "Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Umgebung. Der Wanderguide des Hotels hat uns sehr schöne Touren empfohlen, welche genau unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Es ist zudem toll, dass man die Hunde mit ins Restaurant nehmen kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)"

"We stayed at Alpenparks hotel in Warth in the summertime. It was a great place for day trips in the mountains. The apartment was really nice and with great views of the mountains. Our kids loved the pool. Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly which made us feel unwelcome. "

"Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "
