I have stayed at this Days Inn several times. It is convenient to Missouri S&T. I really like that that the rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. We noticed several things in our room that were in need of repair, but overall I think it is a good value for the price.

We checked in and found out there was no running water and there would not be running water until morning. I feel like they could have at least offered some hand sanitizer/wipes and a couple bottled waters. Once the water came on around 6 a.m., there was no hot water. We never had hot water before ...

The room was falling apart. The carpeting is worn and the trim around the bathroom window was missing. The toilet wouldn't flush. I have stayed there before and it was so better kept up. Owners please keep up your property!
