The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

All round good experience. Could not find fault. Room was a single but have stayed in doubles half the size. Breakfast was excellent and owners were friendly.

Really nice overnight stay, very welcoming staff. Shown straight to the room without any drawn out checkin. Room really nice a clean, bed and sheets were excellent. Bar is lovely and if the suns out it’s great with the outside bar and pizza oven with views across the fields. Breakfast was brilliant, big portions and cooked perfectly. Comfortable large room with excellent en-suite facilities. Beautifully cooked breakfast. The hosts, Dawn and Danny, were delightful and full of helpful information.

Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for.

This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. I can't recommend Hawkstone Hall highly enough. The location is just stunning, as is the house. Yet despite the grandeur of the place, I never felt anything but totally at ease. The food was easily some of the best I've had, but if I had to choose one thing that really stood out about Hawkstone Hall it was the fact that every member of their staff was an absolute delight.
