Donkerbroek Trip

There was no air con and the rooms were hot and stuffy. Also I woke up with spots itching everywhere. I think they have bed bugs!!

The Pulitzer Amsterdam is always an excellent stay. Attentive staff. Well trained. Friendly people. Great bar & restaurant. Convenient location in the heart of a charming neighborhood

Hotel was great! We walked from the train station to the hotel as only had carry on luggage. it is an oasis in a busy area. Quiet and tranquil and when you walk outside, you are in city centre and able to walk everywhere. Rooms are super comfortable and air conditioned! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Andaz Amsterdam was okay, but it would not be my first choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel. I also think it is too expensive for what it offers.
