In 30 Jahren Aussendienst noch nicht passiert

Auf empfehlung gebucht. Um 17:45 am Hotel angekommen. Alles dunkel und verschlossen. Rezeption nicht erreichbar. Verlässlichkeit finde ich bei Hotels wichtig. Von daher sieht das Hotel mich nicht mehr wieder.
