The hotel is a bit of a walk from Chidlom BTS, however they provide free tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from Mercury Ville! I enjoyed the free daily iced drinks and snacks at hotel lobby and the free credits which can be used to exchange for titbits/drinks/cup noodles from the vending machine! IF only the room could be renovated, they were quite tired looking imo.

Beautiful room, restaurant and good service.
Lots of comfortable seating in lobby and by pool. Laundry room available (use coins). Little store with items reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The hotel has a free Tuk Tuk that will take you to the main road where you can walk to train station or catch a taxi or Tuk Tuk. I would love to go back

Yes.Everything was perfect.I have no complaints.It is the 2nd time I have stayed at your hotel.

Everything was great, clean and the food was great too except that you have to pay 1000 THB in cash only as for security deposit, we know that it will be refunded after the checkout but still too much and we only got 1 key card. On the other hand, you can leave your id card instead of cash but still ...
