"We loved our 2 night stay here . Devina the manager was amazing .We needed to offload our luggage early to have a new tyre fitted to the motorbike and she allowed early check in .We ate in the restaurant one night and the pasta we ordered was delicious .Devina was our waitress and she was very friendly making sure we were happy and her customer service skills were amazing . The only reason I gave a 4 for amenties was the washing machine was out of order and we needed to wash clothes but I believe a new one was coming and the clothes drier was not great value .It took many coins and still didnt dry our small load .Apart from that I was very happy and would stay there again "

"I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The room was well maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional; friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. "The ocean was visible from the room as was the Spirit of Tasmania when it docked. The staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious. The room was beautiful with Victorian period furniture and was exactly what I had hoped for. Looks like I've found a new home whenever I'm in Devonport."
