Great location and comfortable stay

"My recent stay at La promenade through Hotels.com was overall fantastic. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing ample space and amenities for a comfortable stay. However, there was a minor issue with the shower as water was seeping from beneath the shower door onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the rest of the room was extremely clean and inviting. In addition, the hotel was situated in a great scenic location and provided a spacious equipped balcony which overlooked the sea and bustling city of olbia. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, finding it to be extremely comfy and providing a relaxing environment for my trip. "

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."

"Fantastic property, really relaxing, gorgeous gardens, birds and scenery surrounding the hotel. Lovely pool, quiet, away from it all. The food was also fantastic and there was variety every night. The only thing I would say against is that during dinner water is always bottled and is 3.50 Euros - I would have thought from the prices that water could be included, or you could have tap water with your meal, as 3.50 is quite expensive for water. But otherwise as said all was great."

"You only receive 1 room key so when you leave the room Everything switches off so you are unable to charge any items whilst away from room , Don’t loose your pool towel ticket or there’s a charge of 30euro, if you wish to use the spa facilities another charge of 30e. Check in 3.00 am check out 10.00 am No evening restaurant facilities. This is quite a expensive hotel to begin with ."
