I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount. "Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória."

"Hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. There were clumps of hair attached to the comforter, towels were stained and smelled bad, even the coffee at breakfast had a funny taste. As if this wasn’t enough, they charged us a hundred dollars more at checkout because their “rates went up overnight.” Even after showing them the email confirmation with the correct rates, they couldn’t care less. This place is disgusting and run by crooks. Do not stay here. "
