"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."

"The room was very large but totally outdated. Access was difficult to room and front desk was almost always closed. We couldn’t get the WiFi password and pool was ongoing maintenance "

"We are not folks that care about fancy, but this place has issues. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet failed to flush about 1/2 the time. We were told how to flush it on day one when it wasn't working. We followed the instructions all day on day 2 and only got it to flush a couple times the entire day. On day 3, it worked again just before we checked out. We don't need much, but a toilet that doesn't flush is a deal breaker. The breakfast was good, staff were pleasant, and the AC worked great. "

"This hotel was an amazing find. Perfectly situated in the heart of Montepulciano. My friend and I were a little late checking in, but Giuseppe was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the room when we arrived. He also mapped the location of several amazing restaurants. When we needed to stay a second night on short notice, we accommodated us quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

Communication throughout was excellent—the staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and quality. A special thanks to the owner, who went above and beyond by helping with parking and being very flexible with check-in, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!"
