"Property was dismal and completely beyond reasonable, dark, dirty stained old hall carpet long past due for replacement. Room hadn't been maintained with chipped flooring around shower in bathroom and missing mouldings on room finishes. Just old and depressing. Broken times for shuttle, only early morning or evening otherwise reserve which is not accessible! Room was clean, no bugs. "

"Fabulous hotel! Easy walk across street to airport terminal. Hotel is much more beautiful inside than expected, and the lounge and bar/restaurant area are quite nice. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"Room was clean, but the Staff at the Front Desk were terrible. The room was not cleaned and stocked when we checked in. After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. "

Honnêtement, c'est un hôtel qui se démarque. Et c'est sans parler du professionnalisme de la manager à l'accueil (Mallaury) à qui j'ai eu affaire !"

"Staff was nice. Room was clean but a little shabby in condition. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Location is weird but near where we needed to be. No view to speak of. Hotel is under renovations currently so be aware."

"Stayed one night because we had an early flight the next day. Rooms were small but clean & comfortable with soundproof windows so we did not hear any jets. Reasonable variety at the restaurant including vegetarian options, extremely nice staff, overall a good choice & I would readily stay again. "
