Hotel has no elevator. Had to carry luggage up the stairs.
Night Shuttle driver never helped us with our luggage.
Night Shuttle driver was crazy. Didn’t understand him. Asked if this was our hotel and he said no and got pissed off because he had to go back then drove crazy to get us there. Wonder we never had whiplash.
Front staff were nice.
Free breakfast was a joke.
