The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Truly a hidden GEM!!! What a lovely room-absolutely unique and exceptional! Best location! Quaint and charming - don’t miss this!
