"The room was quite incredibly clean. My only, mild, issue is my "window" was a permanently covered opening to a construction area where they were building a new room. It was noisy with the workers' conversation and radio the first day. The second day they poured concrete and stopped work to let it dry, and after that was the weekend. Staff were great. There was a temporary hot water problem the last day and breakfast was free. If you arrive after dark at the Montpellier St-Roch station the hotel can be hard to spot. Go downstairs in the station where the Starbucks is, and it's right across the street next to a McDonald's."

The accommodation is a little remote, lovely setting but really need a car to access restaurants etc. The room was ok apart from a broken shower which the host was aware of, had glued together but knew it was still broken. We probably should asked for another room. Ok for a one night stay on passing through. "

The breakfast was delicious and made with the love. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable beds, cozy and chic. The terrace is gorgeous and enchanting. Marc at Étienne have really built an experience full of generosity and thoughtfulness. They even went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot charging our EV rental, too. Thank you both :) My friend and I agree we will definitely return for more Montpellier sunshine soon <3 "
