"The beach is outstanding and the pool is large and beautiful. The grounds are immaculately kept. The food was ok. There was not enough entertainment at night - mostly only the Piano bar which was fun but after a few nights it was redundant. Water sports were included and the guys running the show were awesome. England, O’Brian and O’Jay were experts in the water and made you feel very comfortable. The location on Bloody Bay can’t be beat. Fully enjoyed our stay!"

"The resort itself was beautiful, and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. There was a great variety, everything was flavorful, and the property was well-maintained and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the level of guest service. The staff often lacked attentiveness, and there were several times when we felt overlooked or had to go out of our way to get assistance. For a resort of this quality, I expected the service to match the beautiful property and excellent food and drinks. Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the resort itself, but the staff’s lack of attention to guests definitely took away from the experience. With better training and more attentive service, this resort could be exceptional."

"The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was tastefully decorated. There were 2 resturants that really stood out in the most positive ways: El Dorado and the Hibachi Grill. The endless drinks was much needed. The pool area was spacious and enjoyed everyday. The only issues for me was that there were alot of stairs and no elevators- walking in 104 degree weather and climbing 2 and 3 flights of stairs was exhausting and the air condition was not cool enough. Resort could consider some more group activities to offer."

"This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. so we left and went to the sports bar, that was a huge mistake. we sat there for 15-20 min and not a single worker came to out take yet 3 or 4 where standing and talking by the bar, and 4 other groups came in and where greeted within 45 seconds. the only difference between us and the other groups is we are white. we finally left after 20 minutes. we decided to try it again a few days later and same situation completely ignored! we just ate off the small buffet and went up to the bar. we where there maybe an hour and not once did someone come to our table. it was like we where completely invisible. this was the only place we were treated like this, everywhere else was fantastic. The main reason why i booked this resort was the spa facility and i was not disappointed! it is absolutely beautiful! i really enjoyed the turkish bath! I did get a massage as well and it was great also! the hibachi and steakhouse where really good, the rest where ok."

"The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind."
