My husband and I stayed in Unitas Residence. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable about sights, transit etc. The dining room staff were so pleasant and greeted us at breakfast with smiles. Breakfast was varied with both hot and cold options. Everything was exceptionally well presented and it was lovely to sit at a table with white linen and fresh flowers. A real treat! The only very minor hiccup was the squeaky floor in our room. I was afraid when we walked across the floor we would be disturbing others....we did wake up each other at night as the squeaks were hard to miss. I would highly recommend staying at Unitas Residence.

The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence.
