"It is advertised with two restaurants, one a cafeteria. After a long hard drive from Santander to Badajoz. On arriving my partner tried to check is both in having to compete two ridiculously long forms, never having to do so before. I was seated as l am disabled they needed my signature. On here return to the desk, the clerk dicided to check in a goup of six. NOT impressed. On asking what time the restaurant was serving dinner the answer was it's closed. No expliction or apology. Use the cafeteria only to find it was in the adjoining service station. Again NOT impressed. At breakfast there was a container for hot food in which Nothing appeared in the 45 minutes we were there poor selection with over ripe bananas on disply.

"The room was very clean, and the room service menu was excellent with fast service. We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill."
"We stayed at the Sao Lourenco do Barrocal in November and it was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived we were met with incredible concierge service to help plan our weekend and show us our incredible suite. We did a winemaking tour and class along with an olive oil making and class as well as Pilates and all three were great! I am blanking on the instructor names but each were incredibly knowledgeable and we felt spoiled each leg. The food in the restaurant was also incredible. The dinner was great, but the breakfast was equally as impressive. 10/10 would recccomend! "
