However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. While we appreciated the friendly service at the front desk, the lack of air conditioning and overall comfort would prevent us from staying here again."

"Excellent breakfast. Close to shops restaurants and the hop on hop off bus. There is a renovation project on the promenade outside the hotel on Ramblas but it’s still easy to get around "
