She told me about where to exchange money and made sure I got to the airport with special driver from the hotel. That felt really special and personalized. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality job and it was perfect vacation!!"

I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "
