Nothing to complain about. The receptionists, the management and the service team are all very good. I want to mention specifically the names of the manager Ms. Kawthar, the services manager Mr. Khomeny (خوميني) the receptionists Khalid, Shadi and others whom I don’t remember their names. All as a team were performing very good to keep the hotel customers happy. Keep up the good work Victoria hotel team.
