It is a good place to stay for the night when you’re traveling the following morning we had to stay in Doha overnight to take the morning plane and he was CC to take a taxi back to the airport in the morning. Gouda accommodations very clean good value.
Room condition very poor and staff not friendly, they look they’re the one guest. Early check in they charged 100 Qatari riyal but didn’t give me the receipt.
I like the room service and food. I did not like that housekeeping was poorly done and there was dried up urine on the floor around toilet. I recommend management clear all vacant rooms before filling them with guest. This will avoid any and correct bad housekeeping behavior.
The hotel is brand new!. The “standard” rooms are not the biggest but they have made them cozy and modern. Nice rooftop pool with good sun loungers. The gym has a good selection of equipment. Because of the hotel is brand new are not all restaurants opened yet and the selection is a bit small but I think this will be a very great hotel when everything is finished. The most important of all is that they have the good atmosphere and the good service from all of the personal. This is one of the best 4 star hotels I like best In Qatar because of the standard, price and the good service.

Was not informed that immigration needed a rat test . Hence was not allowed to leave the airport . Then I discovered that the hotel has a no refund policy . How terrible . I will never book with this website or hotel again
I have been staying in this hotel for 10 days. I paid in advance until the 20th of the month. my other girlfriends fell asleep in my room. I told the reception that I can get a room but only pay in the morning. I didn't have my purse with me. but I was not even helped. they were going to lay me outside in the lobby
Hotel Reception Desk assigned a room that was not ready for occupancy. Hotel Desk Reception did not give me another room after complaining about the A/C climate control system after about 50 mins inside the room. There was no change in (lowering) the temperature, nor increasing the Fan settings on the Climate Control system settings. I called House Keeping for someone to check the controls, After calling a second time, a Service Technician came to the room around the 30 min mark and assured me everything was alright, even though I did not notice any changes the whole time he was there. The Service Technician was there for about 20 mins before he left. Nevertheless, I then went down to the reception desk to ask for another room. A women at the reception desk said another service technician will come to my room to check it again. I went back to my room and waited. By this point I was angry and could not believe how bad the service at this hotel was. I considered checking out and going to another hotel. I called the reception desk in my room that I will be checking out. A women answered and told me the manager would like to talk to me. By this point, there was no going back. The Manager called my room begging me to stay and will get another room for me, as if to fix the whole problem. Too late for that. I'd had enough of this hotel's sorry ass service. Because it was booked through expedia, I have to contest the charge now (after the fact).

Rummet var stort men sliten, eluttagen ur funktion osv. Badrummet samma sak, fint marmor men kalk i hörnen var inte fräscht. Visste inte hur det fina duschen funkar, lite för många trasiga delar. Hade en lokal för kunder som ville dricka alkohol, den var skum
It took almost 30 minutes to complete the Check in.
As well as, it took almost 15 minutes to complete the check out.
Reception Employees was rude.
No Bell Boy, No valet parking.
