My recent experience at the Grand Hyatt Doha was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The highlight of my mornings was at the Santa Monica Breakfast Club, where Namuna went above and beyond to ensure I started my day right based on my preferences and her attention to detail and genuine care was noted. The service at the Club Lounge, particularly from Thomas, was impeccable. Thomas surprised me with thoughtful gestures that truly enhanced my stay, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, Ayush was always available to address any concerns or assist with any requests which was appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, and the beach access provided a serene retreat. Moreover, its convenient location allowed for easy access to the metro, Lagoona Mall and the Pearl which I enjoyed. The beds and A/C were comfortable, and I enjoyed the spacious balconies. The WIFI also worked great, with individual router points in each room.

This is the third time I stayed in Grand Hayat Doha, I didn’t like the policy of bags inspection to take “the electrical Bakhour”. The other thing I faced with my last stay, I didn’t get response from the hotel here via “message box” when I ask them for possibility of early check in and getting room on the upper floors. The last annoying thing was when the receptionist told to pay a ( refundable amount for insurance), and it was the first time. Everything it would be great if I wasn’t face these Annoyances.

Adding a sofa bed in a standard room was so tight. Even if you had a child in the room the rooms were very small compared to other Grand Hyatt across the world. Offer more vegetarian breakfast options and masala chai

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha Qatar, from beginning to end. We received assistance by the front staff in assisting us with local transportation to granting us a late departure from hotel. Great location, several inhouse restaurants. I used this hotel many times in the past. I noticed that the hotel quality of services is going down in level. I dint recommend this hotel to anyone. Price you pay to this hotel is not at all matching the poor quality you get.

The staff make this property an amazing place to stay. Everyone member we encountered was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We had access to the Grand Club Lounge which had an extensive offering, especially over the happy hours. The pools and beach are clean and well managed. Unfortunately our enjoyment of the beach was somewhat spoiled by the very noisy jet skis which were in use throughout the day.

Beautiful Hotel and staff
This is a fabulous hotel, not sure when it was built, but it has all the mod-cons and lots of restaurant choices. It also has one of the leading beach bars in Doha, and they have great parties - do book though. We found all of the staff in the hotel to speak good English, friendly and knowledgeable. Taxi's are plentiful and cheap in Doha, with Uber the best pricing and again lots of availability.

Lovely week long break at Grand Hyatt
I loved staying at Grand Hyatt. I have stayed there many times over the past few years but I have seen a definite improvement in service the last couple of times I have been there. I stayed in one of the Club rooms which was great. There was a lovely view of the gardens and what I especially like about the rooms at Grand Hyatt is that they all have balconies. In my opinion, with breakfast included and snacks and evening drinks in the Club lounge, it is well worth booking a Club room. I can’t really say anything negative about this hotel. I love it and would definitely recommend it! I am looking forward to my next stay.

The service was exceptional. Very polite, went above and beyond when we inquired on certain things. Our room was great and large. Pool and beach are one of the best in Doha Food at Isaan was fabulous and breakfast was very good at Santa Monica Breakfast Club.

A little gem in the heart of Doha. This 5 star hotel has exceeded my expectations. It is a bit old as a building but has a lot of charm. The rooms are renovated and very comfortable, clean and pristine bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We tried 2 of the restaurants, the Thai place and the Santa Monica Breakfast Club and both were amazing. It also has a nice swimming pool and beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a staycation or when you visit Doha

The place smells like smoke the furniture are old the staff doesn't care specially the swimming guards they need to be trained well overall worst place to visit i don't suggest for families to visit
