"The hotel is really excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and luxurious. The food and bevrage options are also really good and all the food we enjoyed was excellent. Its also great that there are many different restaurants, so you can enjoy either casual, buffet or more fine dining options. The staff is also very well trained and super helpful in service or going the extra mile to help on more specific request eg to order products for our 6 months old daughter. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Doha."

"Fantastic hotel. No complaints at all with room, staff or facilities and food was amazing for all inclusive. In particular, the Mr Tailor steakhouse which was included in the AI. Would definitely return."

"Im from England & stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The location was excellent, closed to Metro, souq waqif, gold souq , corniche and airport. The room i stayed in is good except it needs a bit of upgrading with the interiors. The all male staff are all very welcoming and helpful except the head of the housekeeping where his office was located just across my room at the 2nd floor. I approached him once and asked for a top up of the coffee, creamer , sugar but instead of dealing with my request he asked me to call the reception instead to ask for the coffee and cream replenishments. Such a shame because he was always talking on the phone and it’s quite noisy especially in the morning when all these housekeeping staff are talking in that small office. The tall housekeeper for the second floor was very helpful and attentive. Over all, this hotel is superb, nice reception and i love their outdoor seating area. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back and will stay again . Many thanks for making my stay in Doha an awesome experience. "
