"This hotel was lovely! We were so exhausted upon arrival bc we had been traveling quite a bit (with two little kiddos) and the staff was SO nice! The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and big and so comfortable. We ate one time in the bar area and the food and drinks were great, too. The staff was so nice to us and our kids which just made the whole experience even better.
I also sent out laundry one day and it came back same day. Clean and neatly folded - I was very impressed. Thank you! We’ll be back!"
"We had a really positive stay here! The staff provided exceptional customer service so friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and simple, with two fans provided, though it still got a bit warm at night. The TV wasn’t working, but we didn’t end up needing it. Breakfast was enjoyable and so tasty with lot of options available, and the location and steps to old town and the famous bridge it was just excellent with shops, train station and attractions nearby. Overall, an amazing hotel for the price and location definitely recommend for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay! You get a lot more than what you would expect! "

"Walkable but convenient to the bus stop and the hotel provides a bus pass! Great Mountain View’s along with lovely landscaping. Breakfast buffet nice but not varied so by day 4 we were bored of choices. Had to have a fan brought to room as AC was inadequate except in the hallway which was really cold. Would definitely stay here again though!!!"
