"Sedona Pines Resort — 3/5 I recently stayed at Sedona Pines Resort and would rate it 3 out of 5. The front desk experience was pleasant, and having a full kitchen in the unit made our stay convenient. However, the pool and common areas were noticeably dirty — including finding a bandaid in the pool — which really took away from the experience. "Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left."

"This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower."

"We loved our stay at Sky Ranch Lodge! The lodge sits at a higher elevation than the city, so the views around the lodge are spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a food truck (a silver trailer) on site, open from 7am to 10pm, that has the most delicious food, coffee, smoothies, etc. I had the most delicious pizza I've ever had there! Highly recommend."
