Beautiful renovated building in Old Town Rhodes, extremely welcoming and helpful proprietor, quiet area but walkable to restaurant.

The room was clean and the check-in process was easy. There were a few good places to eat. The host was great with communicating.

I can't praise Utopia enough, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation, perfect location and a wonderful breakfast. But the best thing about our stay that made it special was Effie and Yiannis, what absolute perfect hosts they are. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian husband that doesn't like cheese! It was also my husbands birthday while we were there and they decorated our apartment with balloons, hats etc and put a lovely...

Pros: The location of the property is great. You get off the ferry and it's a 5 minute walk. The apartment is lovely. Decorated beautifully and has all the basics you would need. A gorgeous view of the harbour and bay. Cons: since it is such a small harbour the traffic is noisy. You will hear a lot of traffic through the night.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Only downside is being a bit far from Yalikavak centre (about 20min walk) but definitely recommend!

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

Our flight was delayed but the reception was waiting for us. Very helpful and friendly staff. It would have been helpful if we had written directions. We got a taxi from the airport and the driver had never heard of Arthur Suites. ‘Take a taxi to Kolona Gate, enter the Old Town, turn left, walk 100 metres and the hotel in on your right in a small square.’

We usually stay with friends when visiting Rhodes town but they were double booked so we had to look elsewhere. Came across this studio hotel on Expedia as the others our friends knew of were already fully booked. The pictures on the website perfectly reflect this well renovated classical building. We were visiting Kos for a wedding and booked the Kos Aktis for 5 nights staying in a junior suite. The hotel was perfect for our needs and the staff were exceptional in helping us with taxis and restaurant recommendations. We used the sister hotel for the pool and the staff were equally as good. Very clean and comfortable with good food and wine
