I've stayed at this hotel before. I will recomend it to everybody. Well situated,clean and comfortable. George was very nice even though I did not see much of him as they were going to a family wedding. But my luck of picking these dates was that they asked Henrick to look after the hotel while they were away. He used to run and rent it off of George. I am so glad I found this accommodation, Sofia and family went out of their way to look after you. The property is finished to a high standard and the breakfast was amazing. Very modern and elegant room design with excellent amenities. Loved the fluffy towels, changed daily, the bathrobes and slippers, and the luxurious branded toiletries. Breakfast options were also excellent, fresh and of generous portions

Room was really clean and tidy. We were lucky enough to have a room with a private pool and it was excellent. The self check in process was easy to navigate with someone being reachable quickly via what’s app. Would love to stay again.

I can't praise Utopia enough, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect accommodation, perfect location and a wonderful breakfast. But the best thing about our stay that made it special was Effie and Yiannis, what absolute perfect hosts they are. Nothing was too much trouble and they even adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian husband that doesn't like cheese! I had a wonderful stay at Elaia-Fos. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable throughout our visit. Alex Marshall and all the staff provided state of the art breakfasts and overall service. Wonderful place for a holiday even out of season . A quiet safe area yet fairly close to all the museums in the old city. Five stars. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and clean. superb choice of reading and many guide books in several languages in the well stocked library /lobby . We spent a happy week there late March - early April 2017.

A beautifully kept hotel in the mosy idylic spot. Pedi is so quiet and peaceful with everything you need, a small shop/cafe, a couple of restaurants and at the far end of the beach a great bar that does amazing cocktails. The staff at the hotel were super helpful collecting and dropping us back at the ferry port and giving us info on the local buses (very cheap and easy to get to Symi) as taxis seemed to be rare.
