"Food and drinks were great although some food and especially coffee was not hot even when asked for it to be. Service was good but exceptional in the Champagne and Wine bar. The 3 ladies in there are so lovely and friendly. Great pool areas and the adult only pool was fab, although children were allowed in April/May so at times was a bit noisy. Room was lovely and big, side sea view room Overall a lovely stay"

"We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa. Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!! The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional. Highly recommended for a flawless romantic celebration!"

"En arrivant système informatique désuet car ni la carte Visa ni la carte débit RBC n'était acceptée alors que nous les aivons utilisées partout depuis le début du voyage et pendant notre séjour au Arte Hôtel. Avons dû courir au ATM pour retirer du liquide. Avons été très mal reçues. Inacceptable. Ensuite le reste du personnel du soir a été très serviable. Hotel OK et bien situé."

"The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details."

"Breakfast was amazing, with allot of choices, live serene music, stunning views, room spotless, bed comfortable enough but on the softer side, have courtessy shuttle to take you around the property and into town, cmain pool was heated so very comfortable for May weather."
