"We received instruction on how to get into the apartment. The bath towels were minimal. we never had any contact by the host other than email. Maybe it’s the European way, but I thought that was very odd. I called because the TV was not working and I felt as if I was interrupting the host. The accommodations were fine. Overall, if ever in Triest again, we would certainly contact Ghiberti again. The price was very reasonable."

"We had a great stay at URBANAUTS #28! The unit was in beautiful and spotless condition, very modern with touches of the ancient in its open beams and exposed brick walls. "The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging for money or drinking, but aside of that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. The staff again was really friendly and nice since the first floor of this hotel is the dormitories for the University. Just be mindful that there is no parking around building only for unloading and then you need to find parking. Good luck with that!!!"
